    Excel Formula

    Quite new to excel and new to here.

    Im trying to put in a formula that works out how much greater than the cheapest rate the other is as a %.

    so if in cell H I have £439.54 and in cell z I have £252.00 how can I work out how much greater cell H is than cell Z as a percentage.

    Thanks all Hope this makes sence.
