Convert US Date to UK Format

I can't seem to convert the date field in the attached spreadsheet from a US format to UK. The right-aligned dates can be corrected but not the left aligned

Text2Columns
- step 2: space
- step 3: first column: date : MDY
finish
three columns
delete third then
=IFERROR(--(TEXT(A3,"dd/mm/yyyy")&" "&TEXT(B3,"hh:mm:ss")),"") with custom format: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss
and drag down
