Dependent Drop down or Vlook ups to be used for multiples Data interconnected.

I am trying to make a Excel Sheet, where I want to come to the cost of Expenses for the New Project as per the Items to be used and selected in the Master Sheet, the Data will be in another sheet. In short if I am selecting the Neon then the Vendor Name, Color, Rate per sq.ft, Vendor Based at etc then as per the Head & Column it should automatically show me the details in the Drop down list or should get entered, same way when i am changing the Item to Urinal Pots all the heads details should change.

I have attached the 2 sheet where i tried.
