My file was normal size before, I think following is the thing that caused it to go 2.5MB in size.
I copies 0.5 from a cell, then selected one column and PasteSpecial in it as "Add". Then even I deleted, Cleared contents for everything but size doesn't go back to normal.
Hi caabdul
I could download it, but Glenn's pointer to the usual cause isn't the culprit in this case - although, all too often, it is. I have tried deleting all the columns, and all the rows, but the last cell keeps on defaulting to A1048576, and this is what's causing the huge file size.
You could delete this tab, and that would fix it, bringing the workbook size to 42kb, but I admit to being a little mystified at the underlying cause.
As an aside, I suggest you delete this file from files.fm - it appears to have some personal data left over which hasn't been deleted.

Please familiarise yourself with the rules before posting. You can find them here.
I havent read Glen's link.
Create a new file and copy each page from the old file to the new file.
Save the new file.
See if that's any better, sometimes it works.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
