Finding names beginning with lower case

I have a long list (many thousands) of first and last names of one or more people in a column, have noticed an occasional error where the one of the names begins with a lower case letter. I would like to have a formula in another column that would flag cells where any names do not begin with a capital letter. I appreciate the help.

Do you just want it flagged or changed to Upper case?

Thanks for the reply. I just want the errors flagged. For example a 1 in the test column if lower case first letter found, and a zero otherwise. There might be names where lower case is correct, like Eric von Stein. So I want review them one at a time, there shouldn't be all that many.

So can you post some sample names (including any such as Eric von Stein) so a formula can be built around that.

Are the ones with 2 names separated by a comma in the one cell?
