Formula to colculate different rates from different hours

Hi,

hope you can help. im doing a sheet. have some simple formula to count how many hours driver did after I put start and end times in. is there a formula that after I get result how many hours he did so another cell shows what day rate he should get please? lets say if he works 9 hours - he gets ex amount - if he works more than 9 hours - he gets another day rate

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

Please add original data and then manually add the results you expect clearly identifying the results. Be sure to show all combinations of days, times and rates
