Date downloads as a number instead of a time

Hello All,

I have a workbook where the date downloads from another system in column B2 as a number

Date
20180201
20180201
20180201

I need the date to be in the form 01/02/2018.

I have tried the Text to columns with Fixed width but it just returns 2018 which is incorrect and the B2+0 but it returns the same number.

Your help and ideas to correct the format would be most appreciated.
