Creating an instructional video for Excel

I have created a Spread sheet for a particular application which is quite complex. I often see videos on the likes of Youtube to show how a spread sheet works.

Can anyone recommend a good application to create one of these videos which I can use to make my own video.

    Thanks
    Yoepy.

I use snaggit. It costs about $50. There are free screen capture programs, they seem hard to use.

Camtasia is very good, but a little more pricey (about $250 I think).

If you are looking for a free program, Monosnap is good one which is easy to use. You can use it to capture screenshots and record the desktop.

I have used Screencast-O-Matic, a pretty good free one.

I have also tried using a free Windows recorder but it's part of XBox Windows and you have to fool it into thinking your application is a video game. It works but is a pain to work with.
