Report and email automation button

Dear Experts,

I really need your help, i have to automate my report to make me work faster.

I have 2 worksheet,

1. Stockonhand ( will be the source data )
2. Report

First i need 2 button in the "report" worksheet.

a. "Sales" button. Which if i push it will make an outlook email to several people with only a report sheet attached file, that already shorten by Marketing department ( yellow mark )

b. "Marketing" button. Which if i push it will make an outlook email to several people with only a report sheet attached file, that already shorten by Sales department ( yellow mark )
