Transferring Data

So i'm trying to condense a spreadsheet containing hundreds of products to match a spreadsheet containing the few selected products. I need to be able to do it all in one go, so i don't have to individually delete rows.

You're going to have to give us a little bit more to go on, I can't see how the images relate to each other.

Would it be a simple task to filter the larger list to show only the rows to transfer?
