Extract the text and numbers basis on specific numbers included

Dear Experts,

Please find attached sample workbook with expected results. For column A in Final format tab the expected results are to extract the text basis on the category appears as heading in Final format tab. Like under the Income Head in Raw Data tab there are Four categories which i want to extract as Category and SAP Code in the final format tab.

I want to extract the categories and sap codes from Raw Data tab to Final format tab only for those cases where the SAP Code does not contains 0 more than two times and basis on the Categories and SAP Codes months values to be extract by removing the "Space & MXP" in the final format.

I hope i have elaborated well my expectations. Request to you please do revert back in case of further clarifications. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thank you Sir. You are Awesome. Sir since there is nothing in Sales Cost category so the provided solution providing the output as blank but in case of Wages/Salaries the formula is giving output as blank. can you please look into the same Sir.
