How to search for NOT condition

I want to create a rule on a column to colour cells if an item does NOT match 2 or more conditions.

Say, I want to colour a cell based on these conditions:

- Isn't blank
- Doesn't contain 'XYZ' text
- Doesn't contain 'abc' text

I normally start by searching google for an answer... but not quite sure what to search for.
