Extract the Unique List based on SAP Codes and Header from two tabs

Dear Experts, Please find here attached Sample workbook. I do have two different working tabs which are Forecast and Acutal and in both the tabs there is a list of SAP Codes and Categories under Header. So, I am looking to extract the Unique SAP Codes based on Header and based on SAP Unique Codes Category Names would be extracted in the Expected Results tab from Cell A5:B11. Because Category name could be the similar but the SAP Codes would always be unique.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

So why is

410500

INCOME

not included in 'Expected Results' when it is present in both source sheets?

Also are the blank rows considered as unique data?

Every attempt I made without a helper column was too complicated and long.

In the attached find this formula in column D. It is a helper that identifies row #s of unique code(?) numbers all columns A. In D3 filled down until you get blanks.
