How to Calculate Sales Averages

Hello Community,

Can someone let me know how the average sales price and average purchase price was calculated as shown in the image.

Basically, I don't know how the average purchase price for the BMW at 26800, 4400, & 17200. Also how the average sales price of 33500, 5500 & 21500 was arrived at?
