    Partially Lock Workbook

    Hi all,

I'm wondering whether there is a way to partially lock a workbook.

I've created an excel file with a drop down list containing formulas, and was trying to figure out whether there is a way to partially lock the workbook so that respondents can still edit/fill in every cell EXCEPT for the ones containing formulas.

    Thanks!

    Darko

Yes - you need to set those cells you want to be editable not to lock (right-click - format - security), and then protect the worksheet (Review ribbon).
