Need help in Excel Filter Command!!!

I've an excel sheet in which I need some different kind of filtering.
There are 3 columns, and I want to place filter in 2nd and 3rd Column.

Suppose if I select "Red" in Filter 1 (Column B), then all row(s) with word "Red" should show, whether it is in Column B Or Column C
I mean it should show Rows 2 & 10.
Now, if I select Orange or Green in Filter 2 (Column C) it should show only either Row 2 or Row 10 respectively.
If I select any value other than Orange or Green in Filter 2, result should be null, nothing should show.

Similarly, If I select "Green" in Filter 1 (Column B), it should show Rows 3, 8, 9 and 10. And so on..

Please help !!!

I don't think filter work that way, please try formula,
E2 drag to G2 and drag down to G10
