    VLOOKUP return #N/A

    It's hard to tell from your screenshots, because one cannot explore the rest of the spreadsheet. The thing I notice is that your IF() function is returning "1" (the text string "1"). I suspect that your lookup table uses actual numbers (such as the number 1). The number 1 is not equal to the text string "1", so VLOOKUP() is not finding a match, and returning #N/A. Perhaps drop the double quotes around the 1 in your IF() function [IF(...,1)] so that the result in F1 is the number 1 rather than the text string "1".
