I am looking a way to extract a word from a excel cell that have other text as well, below is the string...from which I need to extract words..
I have attached the file, I hope some of you will surely have a solution to this..
I need to extract the word
gain
from this data of this file,
plz note these words changed in next cell..
You need to say what your desired solution is. Mock it up manually or explain.
Your explanation is not very clear, especially with only ONE sample cell:
=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("gain",A1)),"gain","")
what do you mean by : "these words changed in the next cell"?? A different text, but still looking for "gain".... or smething else??
