How to store data in the columns if the data is not organized..?

My boss has given me a data which has 3000 rows and a single column and asked me to separate name, zip code, mobile number, product in four columns but every row is different contains the same labels...
text to column has not proven optimal as it is not in the same position

What is the best solution for this..?
