    date formula

    Hello Experts,

    Want to compare todays date with data store in column, if calculated value is (negative) – it should display result as “0”, if result is (positive) + will show as “1”. Hoping I brief correctly. Still attaching sample file for your

    A Column B Column
    Row 1 30-09-17 ,=B3-(TODAY()) as this result is - 356, need formula and result will show as 0
    Row 2 30-09-18 ,=B4-(TODAY()) as this result is + 9, need formula and result will show as 1

    Have not looked at your file, but try something like this...
    =if(iserror(B3-(TODAY()),0,1)
    1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

    FDibbins suggested formula having some error of too many argument for this function.

    formula suggested by Shukla is running fine.

    Im happy you got the answer you needed, but Im puzzled - I tested it before posting, can you show me what the formula looked like when you used it (mine)?
