Displaying full spreadsheet onto a big TV

    Hi all

I have been given what i think is an impossible task at work but before i go back and say it can't be done i figured id ask on here..just in case !

Basically we are a manufacturing company and i produce plans for machines on Excel. What my manager is wanting to do is to show my plans on a big 60" plus tv on the shop floor instead of reading them off paper. Now i know i can cast my spreadsheet to the TV so thats not the problem.. The problem is that my plans are quite large and in order to view it all you have to scroll down the spreadsheet. Is there anyway i can cast or put my plans on a big TV where it would use display at full size? i cant simply cast my screen because like i say they would only see half the plan, and if i put my spreadsheet to display so it all fits on my monitor its to small for me to work on.

So in essence i need to be able to cast my spreadsheet to a large tv and utilise all the space on that large tv somehow.

Hope i have explained this properly.

    Thanks all

    Chris

Probably got this completely wrong but let's try. When you cast to the TV your display is mirrored so, if you set the zoom on your PC/laptop to display everything then, when cast, it will display everything on the TV? To improve it a little turn off the formula bar and headings and also hide the ribbon as this will increase the usable area by around 15 - 20%.
Like I say, probably completely misunderstood but - maybe ....

Thanks for your reply i know i am probably not explaining this right.

If i set the spreadsheet to show it all on my desktop then the plan is so small on my screen that i can not use it.
