Automatically inputting data into a cell

Let's assume your main page (we call it worksheet) is called Sheet1, and "back page" is Sheet2

on Sheet2 to refer to a cell on Sheet1 do as you would do refering to cell in the same sheet. so writeequation sign then press Sweet1 tab, Select a cell where input data is and press Enter. The formula you just entered (you have to select the cell again, because after pressing Enter Excel automatically selected a cell below) shall read like:

To access calculations from sheet2 on sheet1 do it exactly the same, but starting with writing = in a cell in Sheet1
