previously I have posted similar like this but in total,
since change request to per supplier, need advise which formula can apply to column I4 and J4.

i have added a table L and M
in I1 , change that to a Date , then you can use that cell as a date range
it can be formatted to just show the month ]i have changed in my example
then you can use SUMIFS() and COUNTIFS() to get the totals

Just keep your SUM formulas for I6 and J6.
