Comparing multiple cells for differences

I've got a spreadsheet for an aircraft type, my airline has a different tpye. Manufacturer has said most tasks are similar but I need to run a check. I've attached spreadsheet.

1. Rows 2-7 show 6 different tasks for AC type 1
2. Rows 10-15 show 6 different tasks for AC type 2
3. Most of the tasks are similar! However I've purposely made Q7 different to Q15
4. I'd like this difference to be flagged...
5. The original spreads are on two different sheets, so preferably solution would drag from two different sheets and output on one

Please try Conditional Formatting select Q2:Q7 press ALT H L N > use a formula > =Q2<>Q10 > format > fill > select color > OK

Conditional formatting>New rule>use a formula to determine which cell to format:
=Q2<>Q7
Format>Fill color>OK
