Filter / Sort Question

I am trying to filter and/or sort some info (approx 45 rows x 15 columns), but it is not working. Every cell in the area is driven by a formula pulling info from other cells in the workbook, but I don't think that should be an issue because I have similar setups in other workbooks and filtering/sorting works fine. Any idea why filtering/sorting may not work? Thanks

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Thanks for your help. I have followed your instructions and attached the file. If you go to the tab "2018-Full Yr. Est." then to cell B132, you will find my specific question and all the info I believe you need. Thank you.

In the table to be sorted you're using relative row references. If you make these absolute it will sort fine.
I adjusted references in B115:F129. Leave column G relative. Not sure about the other columns.
