Index & match formuals based on two ranges

Hi,

I need help to get a formula to find a value based on table for two ranges.

In the attached worksheet, the formula is needed in G6 based on input in E4 and I4. There is a set table of factors for given ranges. The value is selected from a list in column E4 and I4 and G6 should calculate based on table below.
For example if E4=2,000,000 & I4=4,000,000 the G6=1.1397.


Please help!
