Weighted average across multiple sheets

Hi,

I'm very new to Excel. I saw that there was a similar question, but I still can't quite figure out the formula ;(

So I have multiple sheets, and I've got them all adding their targets and actuals together into the full summary sheet (cols B &C). But I am struggling with how to get cols D,E,F to add as there are weighted averages involved. You can see it's either not working, or the percentage is way off (5000+%)
Can anyone assist?

It might help us in our efforts to help you, if you could upload a sample of your workbook. Please manually fill in the expected values for columns D:F so that we can have numbers against which to test the formulas/code used automate the calculations.
