Extract Subarray from larger array with multiple criteria

How do I extract a smaller array from a much larger array. Attached is what the data will look like vs what I want it to look like

The order column doesn't reappear in the new array. It's just there to keep track of work order transfers between shifts. It basically functions like an ID

Use this formula in I4 and copy down and forward
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Note: I assume your office version is higher than 2007. By the way you must correct your office version.

Re: Extract Subarray from larger array with multiple criteria

    Hi

1/(1/$B$4:$B$27) is the same as $B$4:$B$27 but in case the value is zero, gives you a #DIV/0! error. The aggregate function ignore this error (option 6 in the second parameter).

In this way we transform the zeros of the interval into error values that are ignored by the formula.

    Regards
