Removing Table Formatting

Hey All,

I applied a table, it set the gridlines in the table to being green. I did my work, converted the cells back to a range from being a table, and now my gridlines are still green. I checked the sheet options and gridlines are set to grey (which they are outside of my range that was a table). How do I get the gridlines to go back to being grey instead of green? I can't use "clear formatting" as I have a ton of formatting that is necessary. I also checked "border colors", but still didn't get any love from the Excel gods.

Thoughts on what I missed?

Select the "table" (now just a range of cells), right-click any cell and choose Format Cells...

On the Border tab, click the "None" button. That will remove all borders/border colors and revert it to standard Excel borders (gray).

Thank you! I had tried changing the color and nothing happened. I should have tried clearing the borders completely. I appreciate you taking the time to help me get this fixed.
