Custom Sorting a Slicer for a table - not a pivot table

Hi all.
Hope to receive some help here.
I am trying to custom order a slicer that I have linked to a table (not a pivot table).

I know you can create a custom list and have it sort that way but I want to be able to send this file out to other people with the custom sort in place on the slicer and setting up a custom list is only good on my PC.

I also understand that you can create a custom sort in Power Pivot and I have tried that but since my data is a table and not a pivot table I cannot connect the slicer I created from a sorted list in power pivot to it.

There has to be a way to do this so it is not user specific. I don't think I can ask everyone to create a custom list in their Excel just to see a custom sorted slicer for this report.

Are there any workarounds? Please help.
