    Conditional formatting for Top 1

    Hi

So I am currently doing some work on UK election.

I want to make some numbers and I have done this here.

Now these numbers I've given are random, so please don't hate me for any political bias, when these numbers is only for presenting the problem, and not meant to be so biased .

As you can see in Amber Valley, CU got most votes, and in Ashfield , CP got most votes.

Now I was wondering if there was a way via conditional formatting, that I could paint the cell with the text "Amber Valley", the respective color of the party that gained highest percentage of votes in Amber Valley. So I want Excel to automatically format cell C4, the same color as E3, because E4 is the biggest of, (D4:K4). And then with Ashfield I want C5 to be formatted as F3, because F3 is biggest between (D5:K5).

Can this be done, and even without macro? (I can also do macro, but I am quite bad at it, so would need a bigger guide to understand)

    Thanks

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
