Hello. For a moment, all was fine. But, now the linked Excel worksheet object I have in a Word doc shows and prints the filter buttons. Anybody know best way to print Word doc without the buttons showing? Thanks!

In your button properties can you set the Print Object to False?

Yeah, I lost track of it too.
Ok. Went back to the issue. I don't know what Button Properties you're talking about. This is a typical table or pivot table that is printing to pdf or pasted as a picture in a doc. We're not talking about VBA userforms, etc.
Are they command buttons? - If so, they should have attendant properties
Go to the Data tab and click once on the funnel. This should hide the dropdown buttons. If that doesn't work, see if you can clear them by clicking on the cliear button to the right of the funnel.
Okay, try this. Use the Camera tool to copy and paste the table in Word. I had the filter buttons showing in Excel, but when I pasted the table into Word, the filter buttons did not show. If the filter buttons do show up, use the funnel to turn them off and it should turn them off in the picture copy of the table.
