    capture a image in excel

    Hi every one
    i am working in a school and need to create gate pass who are take out a student in school hours so how can I capture a image in excel

    now i attach two files one is excel and another is word file. I made mail merge excel to word but my problem is 1) I cant capture a image of who are taking out the student and 2) I cant merge the image of student which i already have
