    Look for next highest or lowest row

    Could someone pls help me with the formulas for those cells highlighted in yellow?

    On C2, why is the answer 5 not 32? Isn't 32 with 13.58 or whatever it is the highest value? I don't understand exactly what you're trying to do. To me it looks like you are trying to find the highest number forward, backward, and lowest number forward and backward, meaning 4 numbers in 4 columns per each row. So for C2 would the answer you are looking for not be 32? If it is 5 then why is it 5?

    I think we need some more details.

    On C2, why is the answer 5 not 32? Because there is a drop in row 6

    Row 2 is 9.43. The highest point looking forward is 9.93 because after that it drops to 9.90.

    Row 5 is 9.93. The lowest point looking forward is 9.85 because after that it goes up to 9.89.
