I'm not sure is it appropriate to ask, but I will try.

I've tried to do my own budgeting and recording of my income and expenses using excel.
However, I felt there must be something to improve, wondering if anyone could provide your template for reference?

There are lots of templates available with Excel - try one or two of those and see if you can adapt one of them to your needs.

If you would like someone to build a bespoke solution for you, then you would need to buy some credit and post in the Commercial Services section, where you can offer recompense to whoever takes on the job.
