Length cutting optimization with three length options

Hi experts,

I work with the fabrication of the PVC/ aluminum windows. I take too much time on optimization of cutting profiles which come in only three standard sizes viz., 3657 mm, 4570 mm and 4870 mm. The windows sizes are different with width and height. I have to select width of some window and/or width/height of another window in different combination to adjust maximum workable length and minimise the waste.

I have attached the sheet for your reference. I hope experts will help me out in this.

This is also possible to use the Excel add in Solver.

As you are cutting lists for windows you need 2 pieces of each width and height. What about cut thickness, should not that be taken in account?

I'm uploading a file shoving a solver model for list cutting. The list are of different length but with only one stock length so in your case you would need 3 models one for each stock length.
