Average formulae for Years/Months Data

Hi,

I have some excel data (attached) that I need to find the average of. Ordinarily I would use the =AVERAGE formulae but my data needs to be calculated and shown in Years/Months.

For example, 5/6 would be 5 Years and 6 Months.

Can anyone possibly have a look and see if this can be done, please?

You can change the ,1) at the end to the number of decimal places that you want to round to.
