Find Number - between 2 Numbers in Column

What is the simplest Formula for ( ROW of A1 ) in Column B1 ?
If A1 is between 0 and 3, then ROW of 3, if A1 is between 3 and 10 then ROW of 10 ....if A1 is between 200 and 500 then ROW of 500
