Target Charts

Hi guys,

I have made this chart that displays targets / targets not met
and over achieved targets.

Please see the attached file.
As you can see the red bar perfectly fits, were as the blue one
doesn't, not sure wrong I am doing.

If possible, please help to fix it.

Try changing minimum on Left Hand Axis to 0.0
