Dateformat refuses to change?

Hi and thanks in advance for reading this!

I have a bunch of dates that seems to be just text but I cant seem to get it to become a datevalue regardless of what I try to do.

The dates are in range N2:N7602 and they look like this:

11/29/2018
7/9/2018
12/10/2018
4/27/2018


What can I do in order to get them to become a datevalue? Since i need them to be formatted as: YYYY-MM-DD aswell

Any help is highly appriciated, I cant find a guide online that works either using Text to column or format cells.

That you need to try text to col & change to date format for the date col.

I was unable to make the link work with the 4th option. I have a Samplefile attached here so hopefully someone can help me figure this out!
