Do you mean you can't find the shape itself? That's it's lurking in some unknown distant corner of the worksheet? If so the FindShape macro in the attached spreadsheet will scroll the worksheet to each shape in turn.

If you goto Find & Select>Selection Pane... you should get a pane with list of all the objects on the sheet.
You can hide/show select your shape(s) from there.
