Having problem with Excel in Office 365

Hello everyone:
I have recently installed Office 365 in my Mac Book. When I right click on any excel cell, I am supposed to several options which I can execute for that cell or a group of cells. But when I right click on a cell, I am not getting any options. Can anyone help. Thanks.

Do any right-click options work? E.g. right-clicking a worksheet tab?

Hi Rory,

It is strange but right click option is not working. I also do not have any pending updates. Is it that some settings got disturbed.

Thanks

Does right-clicking work anywhere in your Mac?

Hi Rory

I have solved the problem. Earlier if I right clicked with single finger, I was getting the options. After updating,I have to right click
with two fingers to get the options. Alternately, I can press the control key and click with single finger for the same result.

Thanks very much for your support.

welcome to the forum

For future reference, please take a moment to read the forum rules and use thread titles that are descriptive of your problem - not what you think the answer might be. (think google search terms?).

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
