    Nested OR and AND statements

    In the attached sample

My problem here now is related to ROWS 11 & 12 highlighted in YELLOW.

CELL E11 should have 144.925 and not be blank, this is due to cell s H 11 & 12 not being sequential.

Column D represents a whole listing of frequencies

Column G represents whether the frequencies in Column D is the Transmit or Receiver frequency by the designation (T R )

Column F descriptors must be matching for the relevant T & R rows, in other words we cant have 16K0F2D in one row and 16K0F3E inn the next row relative to the T & R in column G

Column E looks for matching data in columns G and L then moves data from column D to E which is reliant on column H row numbers being in ascending sequence

Column I and J being matching numbers for each of the T & R rows

So I need in column L a statement something like I have tried below.

    Your formula in E11 is this;
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Nothing to do with H11 & H12 being sequential.

Re: Nested OR and AND statements

    514109 653667 648908 1816684 OK

    Cells

    H I J K L
    514110 653667 648908 1816685 NO
    514111 653668 648909 1816688 OK
    514112 653668 648909 1816689 NO
    514113 653671 648912 1816696 NO
    514116 653671 648912 1816699 NO

For my formular to work Column H MUST be in sequential order and Columns I J K must be in Block order
    I J K
    514113 653671 648912 1816696 NO
    514116 653671 648912 1816699 NO

    In this case 65371 64812 1816696

My problem arise when Column H is 514113 followed by 514116 instead of 514114

I trust you can see why your brief formular is not enough

I wasn't providing an answer, I was pointing out that your current formula in E11 isn't doing what you stated.

Thank you for your input but i am not able to use your figures, as it needs to check the rows and columns are matching by equal or column G MUST MUST ascending

See if the following formula, pasted into cell L2 and copied down, returns the expected results:
