Combining data from multiple files into one single file

Dear friend

I have data of daily water level recorded at 10 min interval in different files for each date. There are around 14 files with each file having the name as the date of the recording. In each file, first column in the date of recording, second column is the time of the recording and third column is the water level recorded in meter at that particular date and particular time. The data in each file starts from the third row. First 2 rows are headers for labels for the data. Second row is same for all data but first row contains the date and therefore is different for different files.

What I want to do is that I want to combine the data from each file such that the entire data is arranged date wise such that data from the file with earlier date should come first and then subsequent rows should contain data from later dates.

How do I go about doing this action in quick way?
