How to Expand These Rows

Newbie question, how do I expand these rows in the picture? See the double lines circled, there are additional rows hiding behind these. I've tried unhide/hide all, unfreeze panes, and other options, but still to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Left click row 3 and hold. Drag down to row # 258. Release.

Right click highlighted rows, select UNHIDE.

Thanks Logit, but this doesn't seem to work. I just tried various ways of doing this as well.

Try turning any filters off (in Data tab) and also unfreezing panes (in View tab).

May be row height set as zero do the following

select rows from 3:258
Press Alt, O, R, E or
Alt, H, O, H then set row height to 20 (as per your need)

I've tried the row height already, it didn't work. It was the filter option that needed to be cleared, and that resolved the issue. Thanks all.
