Dear All,
I am working on an optimization problem, which I have attached here ( sheet 3 of the attached excel sheet). I have modelled the problem, and getting solutions. However, I want to put constraints so that my solver does not return value between 1 to 9. In other words, if decision variable is not 0, it should be greater than 10. Please help me in writing that constraint.

Not sure how to set a general constraint like that i.e. value should either be 0 or greater than 10. Bit for you uploaded sample where G13=1 I just added a constraint
and this was the result
