Can anyone help me with a dashboard that will show me the individual stats Daily and Monthly for my headings in attached sheet, I know I am probably asking for more than I should but any help would be great.

Might be useful if you could tell us exactly what you want to show on this dashboard.

A lot depends on how 'pretty' you want the dashboard to be. If it's meant to be pre-defined colourful report with fonts of various sizes or styles - the sort of thing you might need for a board report then that's one thing, on the other hand if you want a simple and efficient way of analysing, summarising and presenting the data showing different relationships then I can't help thinking a Pivot Table approach with a Slicer or two to filter it would be best.
To make use of a PT you'd need to change the layout so that you have a four column table. The columns being
Date
Name
Type of Measure - values in this column would be labels you have in C1:N1 Use a data validation list so that you can pick them
Time/Value
It may be that an additional helper column might be useful but we'll only know that if we have some visula idea as to what you expect to see

the pivot option is fine this can be done with slicer then have the charts on separate tab yeah?- charts I would like to see would be monthly totals of hours worked, travel time, office time, annual leave ranked by order of amount per person
I would also like to be able to select a date range example 3rd to 7th December so I can select weekly stats as well as monthly

Richard I need all the data, what I am trying to achieve is a dashboard that will show me a comparison of each person total shift pattern v job hours
what I need to consider is the travel time and office time
I would also like it to shot the total effectiveness for each person depending on the date range I select
I'm not sugggesting you don't need all your data.
As I said if you'd like to reorganise your data (all of it) and reupload the workbook I'll take a look.
