Modify "locked" worksheet

Hi all,
I have this activity tracker workbook from work which has complicated formulas in it. I have to add new columns to also track the transporter and the serial number of our production.
If I try to add new columns I get a 1004 error message. How can I add two of them to the workbook?

On which sheet are you adding columns and which column?
I've not encountered a problem adding columns.

Sheet n 1, if you try to add a column between let's say H and I you get a Error code 1004: Application defined or object - defined error
