Mirroring multiple cells on different sheets

I know that if I enter '=' in one cell in sheet1 and place my cursor in another cell in sheet2 and press Enter, the new cell in sheet2 will mirror the contents of the referenced cell in sheet1 and will also update as the first cell is updated.

I have a lot of data from a master list on sheet1 that I would like to mirror on multiple sheets that are labelled according to the types of data from the master list that they are. To clarify, the master list has goods and their prices from different shops and I would like each item and their prices to be split into the different kinds of goods on different sheets so that I only have to maintain the master list on sheet1.

I'm having to to do '=', change sheets, select and press Enter for every single cell. And there's a lot of them and the list is growing. Is there a way to to do this for multiple cells in one go?

Thank you for your fast reply. Of those, I think a filter might be easiest as I'm doing this for someone who is not an Excel user so I need to keep it simple. I think a filter with a list of boxes that they can check should do the job.
