Hi,
How to display data of excel in pie chart or some good looking bar chart format.
Thanks
An easy way is to select the data you want to graph, click on the Insert tab of the ribbon, then you can choose a chart type from there.
Hope this helps.
Pete
but it's not giving good looking graph.
So, what do you consider to be 'good looking'? We cannot see inside your head. If you want people's help, then be prepared to give more than cursory requirements.

"Good looking" is a bit subjective, what you consider "good looking" isn't necessarily what anyone here thinks is good looking and vice versa.
Best advice would be to follow Pete_UKs advice and get the style of graph you want and then tweak it by right clicking different elements and then formatting them to your tastes.
Have you tried conditional formatting
You can select multiple styles just as you like it
Also to be glib,
"pie chart" and "good looking"
are mutually exclusive.

good looking chart format then how to do it any idea please?

You don't seem to understand our responses so far. 'Good looking' is entirely subjective, so we cannot possibly satisfy that part of your request without knowing what you think it means.
What on Earth does this mean?
Apart from anything else, a pie chart has wedges, not columns ...For example attaching one sample excel then need to filter it based on all the columns in a pie chart
EDIT (having now seen your attachment): the chart in your workbook is a bar chart. I still have no idea what you are angling for - sorry.

means how to represnt it in some good looking format like some one click on defect then be able to check count and data of other columns as soon as mouse is hovered on it,means some dashboard type format.
Thanks
hope someone might have seen good looking dashboards so same good looking dashoard from this sample data in attached excel needs to be prepared either it's pier chart or some good looking dash board type graph like this.
Thnaks
I will repeat once again what I have said already:
Getting information on hover is not possible natively in Excel. You'd need VBA to achieve that, or import your data into a data visualiser such as Power BI.'Good looking' is entirely subjective, so we cannot possibly satisfy that part of your request without knowing what you think it means.

ya please us VBA for that but after using it should contain statics from all the columns in it.so that when we click any pie chart or on some graph we should get details easily by just click a mouse on that particular portion of data.
thanks
All efforts VBA and graph, pie chart are to make it in a good re presentable format either through VBA or through Some graph.
Thanks
No, no, NO!!!!!
This is not how it works.
Firstly, you need to explicitly state what you want - ideally, mock it up manually. Tell us what you have tried, and what is not working as you would wish it to. Once you have done this, we can make suggestions.
So far. you have given us a very vague indication of what you are after and you are expecting us to come up with a solution for you. If you want this work to be done for you, then you need to post in the commercial services section, where you can pay someone for their time, but you will still need to give a much clearer specification.
This is a help forum, not a do-it-all-for-you forum. Do you understand?

already told that need a good looking graph from this excel data either through graph or if could be done through any VBA script etc. anything is fine. But endresult should be a good looking graph.
Senior excel experts could you please help accordingly for the same.
Many Thanks.
OK - I give up. It is not HELP you want, it's a ready-made solution. Buy yourself some credit and post in the commercial services section if you don't want to make any effort yourself.
Good luck!
By the way, I am one of this forum's senior members and a moderator. You would do well NOT to ignore what I am telling you,

already made several efforts even tried system generated recommended graph but tha too is so messy that we can not read data from all columns clearly by just hovering mouse on it.
like someone might have seen good classification bar graphs,or pie charts ,dashboards..etc. how they represent data so similarly this needs to be done.
thanks
more senior experts could you please help on this complex type issue please.
if not the excel graph experts than VBA experts might help on this complex type of issue please.
Thanks
STOP bumping the thread!!!
It is not the complexity of the issue: the problem is your unwillingness to give the information requested and to take any active part in the resolution of the problem.
Please remember that those who help here do so voluntarily and of their own goodwill. They live in many different time zones and many will be out at work right now if they are not asleep on the other side of the globe. Please do not try to put pressure of time on anyone here: if you get the help you need today, that's fine, but you really should not count on it. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
already told that data should be represented in good looking form based on column headings in a sample excel attached on this forum and even tried of system recommend graph that too is not giving good looking graph.
so expert advise is requested to achieve this complex type of requirement.
any updates in between please?
